Larry King, Shawn Southwick, Shannon Engemann and Hector Penate Cheating Scandal: A Publicity Stunt?
Larry King and his wife Shawn Southwick-King have allegedly been cheating on each other. The story is Larry King has been cheating with Shawn’s younger sister while Shawn has been busy cheating with their sons’ Little League coach.
Shawn’s younger sister is Shannon Engemann. Interestingly, Shannon used to work for Larry King as his personal makeup artist at CNN. The affair is said to have been ongoing for years.
Hector Penate is the kids’ Little League coach. Hector told InTouch Weekly that his affair with Larry King’s wife Shawn began in 2007 and he has had sex with Shawn in Larry’s bed while Larry was away for the filming of Larry King Live. Hector also says Shawn wanted his baby, paid his rent and took him on shopping sprees. Supposedly, Larry even co-signed for Hector’s BMW or apartment.
The couple filed for divorce; but decided to call it off and work on their marriage for the kids. Larry King’s net worth is an estimated 144 million and, reportedly, a prenuptial agreement does not exist.
Note: A lot of the details are a bit strange and I have a hunch that there was possibly some sort of arrangement in place among the participating parties and this just might be a publicity stunt. The divorce was called off the very next day.
